The playground and beach at the main beach has been the favorite part of living in the Cape for our family. The fenced in park provides peace of mind for parents while supervising their children on the playground. There is a large field for them to run and play in, as well as horse shoe pits, several picnic tables and grills, a sand area, swings, and an extensive playground. Enjoy all of this while gazing out at the beautiful Chesapeake Bay. Residents may also enjoy sunbathing and or swimming down at the beach.
The Cape St. Claire Home Owners Association fee is included in the rent. As tenants, you would be provided with a sticker for one car and a portable guest pass to hang on the rear view mirror of another.
